Human Factor XIIa Beta also participates in the kinin-generating pathway, which leads to the release of bradykinin (vasodilator). Human Factor XIIa Beta stimulates the release of catecholamines, and mediates its cardiovascular effects through a noncholinergic angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE)-regulated mechanism [1] . |
