AMK-GX has reusable performance and high recovery rates, retaining much of its original activity after 12 cycles. Among them, AMK-GX can catalyze penicillin G (PG) to generate 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA) and 7-aminodeacetoxycephalosporanic acid, which are key intermediates for β-lactam antibiotics [1] . |
